The external hard drive could work for it. I do believe that you may have to reformat it for it to work but I’m unsure. There are USB-C ports in the front and back and there is a USB-A port in the back which most likely would connect to an external Hard drive used for a PS4.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes all you have to is plug it in. It makes migrating easy. However you will not be able to put ps5 games on it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes but it you can NOT play ps5 games that are saved on the external. You will be able to play ps4 games that are saved on the drive
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, simply connect it to your PS5 console.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and no, it depends on the external harddrive, most can store ps4 and ps5 games but if you store a ps5 game on it you won’t be able to play it off the harddrive. Making it so you have to transfer the game back onto the ps5s internal storage to play the game, but it’s not that bad since it takes less time to transfer the game than download it.
