• Yeah, they're USB. They have a little molded ending crafted to look like the original Playstation connectors, but the USB plug comes out of that.

• By watching the official reveal video here ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nl2h8LDq_oI ), it looks to be USB in every way, including the two clips at the bottom of the female socket. Just compare it to the USB female end of any of your other devices.

• They are not USB. The controller male ends will only fit this device.
