According to the images provided, the product does come with its own USB to mico-usb "cable" to power the device. Unfortunately, it does not come with a USB AC adapter. This is the small square that plugs into a wall outlet usually used for charging cell phones. Luckily, if your TV has an HDMI port it most likely has at least one USB port as well that can be used as a power source for the device.

For some odd reason. No. You could power it from your ps4 if you wanted to but any old AC Adapter will do if its ish capable
