I don't know. Depends on the model of your iPad. These PNY USB flash drives plug into a standard USB (2.0 or 3.0) port, so your iPad has to have one of those ports available, or, if you have a port of a different type (e.g. USB-C) on your iPad, you can likely find an adapter that will allow you to plug in the PNY drive into the port that you have available.
