No, you would have to get the flash drive for the android phone and I would get at least a 32 gig. Best Buy do sell those flash drive.

With the proper adapter, you droid will recognize it as removable storage, yes. You would need either the micro usb or usb-c to usb adapter depending on your phone. The new galaxy 8's actually come with them.

This depends on the resolution 1080p usually requires 1GB per hour 2160p is much higher

Not directly from phone to usb flashdrive. There are flashdrives that you can plug directly into your phone; just not this one.

Not directly, if you were to attach your phone to your laptop transfer the files there and then plug in the USB and transfer it over then it would work.
