Does it work with iPhone XS? null

Probably if you are running newer os on your computer, but can't say for sure. Duo Link does not support the Mac conversion of HEIC files to jpegs and mov that automatically takes place between my iPhone 7+ and my older computer, (MacBook Pro, 15-inch, Mid 2015 running El Capitan, OS X 10.11.6). They should have instructions and warn potential buyers that the product is not compatible with iPhones newer than 6 that are working with older Macs, - younger than High Sierra (10.13.6) -
