• Yes, but sharing them with media after moving items to the storage doesn't seem to be possible. The photos need to be moved back into the images folder to find them for social media sharing from my Android.

• Yep, all you need is a file manager which most phones have but if they don't there are several solutions on the app store.

• Yes you can. Its just like viewing them on your PC. If you have video files recorded from another device that you want to view on your phone, I would recommend VLC Player from the Google Marketplace. Its a great universal player.
