Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless I am misreading something I think you may need to clarify what PC operating system you have. Not to be nit picky but “Windows 10” is the most current MS PC operating system and not an old one. I have never heard of a “system 10” operating system but I am not familiar with the few various non MS OS systems out there. If you have a MS OS on your PC, 3.1 I think was the first and before my time. Since I have had a personal PC MS has had XP, NT, Windows 7 and Windows 10. Please double check what your OS system is to clarify your question or repost a new question with clarified specifics about your OS.
