“I have tried several times to transfer my photos from iphone 6 to Duolink & I keep getting tranfer failed! so i cut down the # of pics to about 30 only to transfer SAME THING! and, there is nothing on the duolink??!!”

• I had trouble also & made an appointment with the Geek Squad. In order to save from your phone to the Duolink, there has to be the same amount of space on your phone to allow the transfer to work. I had to delete my apps to get the space & then it worked.
