“Is the software that you need to download for the usb, built in or does it need to be downloaded in the app store? If it's an app I'm concerned that once the developers remove the app, it will no longer work. It's happened to me before with another usb.”

I had to download an app for this to work. Overall I’ve been pleased with the device.

It’s built in. I never downloaded an app to transfer onto the usb
