No it does not , the gpus power connector is a 8 pin power connector that comes from your computers Power supply

if you talking power connector then no most gpu's dont it comes with your power supply. unless its like a beffy card the requires more than 1 8 pin connector then it might

almost all power supplies now these days come with a PCIE 6 + the extra 2 if you have to go for 8. now connector is in the box.
