Yes indeed, but make sure your CPU supports PCIe gen 4. Using gen 3 or older can bottleneck the 5060ti

All pcie slots are backwards compatible. so yes, but you will get what ever transfer rate your mother board pcie slot is so if its a 3rd gen pcie it will only run that. it wont run 4 or 5 unless you have that slot.
