Highly recommended to buy a 3x8 PCIE cable to replace the original cable. It came with a 16-pin GPU to 2x8 pin cable. But it didn't work on my computer. I tried everything to fix, and the system wouldn't detect it. Then I bought a 16-pin GPU to 3x8 pin cable, and it worked. Manufacturers should use 3x8 wire instead.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe it should be 3 to 1. From what I've experienced myself and seen from a few others, the cable included in recently sold boxes were only 2 to 1 and wouldn't power up the GPU. PNY support has admitted to me that they included the wrong cable.

PNY only ships USPS and no PO Box is allowed. They'll also take weeks or more to get one to you. I had to buy one myself for $20. Terrible company and customer service.
