• Yes. I transferred a lot of mp3 files and they play with no problem. But be sure to check your stereo capabilities. Some stereos will ONLY allow 255 songs per folder so if you have hundreds of songs you may need to divide them into a few folders. Peace......

• Yes you can use in Car music player if player is having USB support. My car music player supports upto 32gb. Some car's music player supports only 2GB.
