“I have a windows 7- 64 bit Dell tower computer. It has now a ATI Radeon HD 3400 card and the connections to monitor are exactly like this one. Question #1 will this work with my computer as a replacement? #2 Does it come with the driver? Thanks”

It would work on any system with a PCIE card slot. Drivers are shoelace from the company web site.
