Would this run on an old HP Pavilion p6000 series? null

Yes. You need to upgrade power supply and may need to make sure your pci port is activated in bios. I had it running in a very old HP with a dual core athlon 1.8ghz CPU. Just had to upgrade power supply to 500 watts and activate pci express port in bios.
