• According to Dell you can use 1600MHz memory in the 660S. You can probably use 1333MHz, but you should use 1600MHz in order to obtain maximum speed. PNY Brand Champion

• Hello, To answer your question no this is not compatible. This is laptop/notebook memory and you need desktop DDR3 1600mhz desktop memory modules for your system. PNY Brand Champion
