• Yes but it doesn't come with the Apple adapter, you will need to provide your own or buy one at Best Buy.

• yes … it works with any device that has a USB port as long as you have that device's USB cable. The cable that comes with the portable charger is to charge it on a computer.

• It will charge an iPhone 4 but you have to supply your own cord with the USB on one side and the 30 pin plug on the other.

• Yes. You just have to use your Apple usb cable. The powerpacks come with one that is short but, it only fits android phones.
