Yup, same here. I should have read the warning signs. You're SOL: Can't return to BB, PNY will fix/replace but you'll have to pay for shipping, which costs about the same as the product. Well, at least, just like me, you got an over-priced micro USB cable. Good Luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I charge this at night and in my car on the way to work in the morning and haven't had any problems. All I can think of is if yours isn't working maybe you just got a bad one. I would just take it back and they'll exchange it for you!

Check your outlet. Sometimes the blue light doesn't show when it is charging but it doesn't mean it is not charging.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found with some of the rechargeable batteries that you need to charge them more than once to get a full charge. Also make certain that your connections are all set (the LEDs will light). I have a number of these and don't have any issues. Always a possibility that your item could be defective.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to push the button below the three dots to turn it on and then you will see the number of lights as it is charging. When you have three dots it is fully charged.
