It doesn't come with a mains plug pack only a USB cable, however any phone charger with a USB A socket (like the sockets on your computer) could be used to charge it.

It gives you a full charge via usb on the powerpack end and universal Android phone plug on the phone/tablet side. This will work for you unless you get a lemon. I have 2; the one that holds enough power to give your phone a good amount of backup power and that works just as specified and this model and this charges even faster and gives a complete charge when my S4 is less than 10% power.

If you plug the USB cable that comes with the charger into the charger plug that comes with the Samsung 5, it should work to charge the charger with AC, You can check for compatibility if you like, but I think it should work OK.
