• Some are preowned but you will have to choose that and you will be able to see that when you purchase. Likely, these won't have a mew with them unless the previous owner is SUPER generous.

• Once you grab New off of it you cannot grab him again. If you are lucky maybe you could find one on a used one but I doubt it.
