Every card in the classic collection was a reprint of an older card with a new holographic effect with the exception of Lugia ex, Ho-oh ex, Suicune ex, and the three pokemon tools which were all brand new cards. Mr. Mime was released years ago only in Japanese so it is a new english translation of the card and is included in this box because its considered a newly printed card along with the ones previously mentioned.
