QuestionWhy did BestBuy have to start supporting scalpers? I hated not being able to get a product because of scalping bots, but I hate it even more when BestBuy allows those same scalpers to sell on their page. You allow them to charge triple? It's a shame..

- Answer It may not come with the promo card (stamped IR Bulbasaur) because it does have a different barcode (UPC) than the boxes sold by Pokemon Center and GameStop (both of which have the promo card). Take it with a grain of salt, but the UPC of this item is different than the UPC of the boxes that for sure have the promo card.
