A:AnswerI don’t believe it is. I think if we’re a limited ed. Best Buy x Pokemon release it’d definitely mention that all over the preorder page and somewhere on the box. Looks like it could have some cool stuff tho & you know how the scalpers are ; so if you wanna grab one for urself without paying 2x original retail id preorder now
