• We went to our local Best Buy to make sure we got Necrozma. Maybe calling customer service and placing the order with them will give you the ability to specify the character you want. Good luck!

• I had to order twice to get the exact figure I wanted since it’s random and not sure if any are available in store I planned on returning the first figurine I received but my grandson liked the first one I got too so he got both

• They are randomize when you order it online. Sadly The only way to get a specific one is in store
