Q: Questionwhat does "open box" mean ? could there be some cards missing ? is it a customer return or just got torn open during shipping ?

• A:Answer Yes a customer return, I was that customer. Cards are not missing, I might have even added more cards back into the box compared to the few decent cards i took out and kept. Honestly you're not getting worse cards than packed by the manufacturer. The open box won't have the pack of sleeves because I needed those
