• Yes. All the video games and movies I've preordered over the years from Best Buy have been delivered on release day, sometimes sooner. As long as you order at least 2-3 days before it's released. Shipping usually takes two days for most areas.

• I’ve bought preorders online before usually get the game the day it comes out but timing is dependent on the delivery service. FedEx , UPS, USPS, AMAZON etc

• You have better odds of release day delivery if you ship to your home and not to a PO Box. I usually find my BB preorders come 1-2 days after release day, but I live in the middle of nowhere.
