Has anyone received their $10 rewards? I have not yet null

You need to call the 1-800 bestbuy number. Ive preordered over 10 games and only received one. I had to call for the other 9. They seem to be very behind. They will deff update your account as soon as you call.

I received my rewards right after I picked up the game.

I have only received for one of the games but not for both. Its frustrating because I pre-order both games separately.

Apparently mine were added right after I pre-purchased the game in February. However, I'm currently in a chat with Best Buy support, because I was only given one $10 reward, as opposed to the two that customers were told they would receive if they ordered both games (as opposed to ordering the single two-pack containing both games).

Yes you just have to check your review overview and it shows that they have you extra points equal to $10 for buying the game

I did. I ordered Pokémon game for son on pre order a few days before it came out. I noticed last week that my $10 reward is in my account and I can use it any time I want on next purchase. You have to sign into your account to see it .
