• Best Buy offers a 3rd party market place now, so when you see listings for over MSRP, those are coming from 3rd party vendors and not sold by Best Buy directly.

• My guess is best buy isn't selling the product directly anymore. Its like walmart now, its being sold by a different seller. Its not a "best buy" product or not "sold by best buy" its being sold by a third party.
