I would assume so. It looks like a standard UltraPro type of binder. I’ve got one or those and some CardGuards, and they all fit the cards with the standard sleeves on them. Even the mini portfolios for $5-$6 that come with a booster can fit the cards while in sleeves. These things are usually designed with that kind of storage in mind, from my experience.
