Why is the online listing allowed to be 4x MSRP? null

I don't think it should be. I think best buy should out limits on the prices just like the quantity you can purchase

this is a listing for a 3rd party selling through bestbuy, like many other retailers doing this now. technically theres no rules as to msrp and selling over - thats why gamestop has been selling these for like $50 themselves. Bestbuy actually sells this at msrp if they have stock
