- Answer If you're going in store, they will be available when your local store opens so arrive early. Online normally it's around the same time your local store opens also but they could do it well before. Just be on the lookout and set alerts for this item. Source - Current employee

- Answer This should be available at stores along with ETBs and other products. It's not guaranteed because they might do it online last second but from previous releases of premium collections they've always been in store. Source - I'm a current employee

- Answer Travel to a store at 4 AM. Bring a lawn chair and warm clothes and be prepared to wait 3 to 4 hours in line for opportunity to get one. Hopefully no one crashes the line.

- Answer You obviously missed the shadow drop where it was available for less than 2 minutes for preorder before instantly selling out. We are complaining about bots because we as HUMANS were on the website and app ready to purchase it and got errored out within minutes of the shadow drop going live. No notification, no emails, just luck of the draw being on the page for the item.

- Answer If they actually gave vip/priority access to ppl on pokemon center etc. that participate in their product and games cause it's all logged. They could sell the product for 100 for ETB and have people that will actually hold the product instead of people that dump it the minute they lock in a preprder. It looks like trash for a company to just keep letting that happen cause it makes it look like the product is trash and ppl just flipping off hype for profit, not for product. forcing people to billy bobs resale that want to open and play.
