• Sometimes they have an invite otherwise stores have special in store events on pokemon release days. Call store for details.

• Apparently it will drop at 12 AM on May 22nd and you should be able to get it online but it will be more reliable if you go to a store on release day they usually open around 10 AM

• I don't know when it's supposed to be available to order, but the Chaos Rising products are supposed to be dropped on May 22nd(sorry if this doesn't help)
