• Because that's a 3rd party seller, not Best Buy.

• Alway pay attention to see if a 3rd party is selling under the bestbuy website, just like Amazon if they run out of their stock they promote 3rd parties which is what you probably seeing.

• The $160 is the actual MSRP for it. Best Buy allows third-party vendors to sell things on here which is where the buy now prices are from.
