• A:Answer No. The box comes with other promo cards but not the pokemon day promo card. If you wanted the pokemon day promo card you'd have to go into your local best buy and ask for them.

• A:Answer I don’t believe it is. I think if we’re a limited ed. Best Buy x Pokemon release it’d definitely mention that all over the preorder page and somewhere on the box. Looks like it could have some cool stuff tho & you know how the scalpers are ; so if you wanna grab one for urself without paying 2x original retail id preorder now
