• The cards came directly from Best Buy. Factory sealed 36 pack with 10 cards each.

• Either way you look at it it comes from the Pokémon Company. Many holding company’s work with and distributes them. Most likely Best Buy works in such a capacity with Pokémon as it’s own 3rd party
