• Your only way of fighting this is to NEVER buy from 3rd party sellers. Its a small part but if everyone gets on board, this will end. I will NEVER buy from 3rd party scalpers. Again its a small part but im doing it. Good luck my friend.

• Chain stores don't care where the product goes once the customer buys it. Stores that do however will mainly be more smaller, locally owned card stores. They tend to have a stricter policy when it comes to this.
