I have worn it to my cardiac rehab and it matches the equipment's hand on and the monitor they put on that has all the wires. My resting heart rate is like 85
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The H1 sensor that comes packaged with the FT7 would be able to record resting heart rate values that low. Note however that if a user has a heart condition, like an irregular heartbeat, then it would have difficulty interpreting the data.
