• The M400 will NOT work with a Windows phone. Polar's Flow application is designed to work with the iOS and Android operating systems only. To transfer whatever exercise/activity data it records, one would need to plug into their computer that has the Flowsync software. • Yes if you use the POLAR application. You will no longer need to pair the H7 monitor to the phone. Pair it with the Polar application prior to workout. It will work fine. Make sure that te H7 is not paired with the phone only the application. It will read from the M400 as well.
