• Yes, this is the Polar watch I use just for swimming with the H7. Otherwise I just use my Fitbit blaze...love it!

• Yes, the Polar H7 works with the A300. That's the bundle I use.

• Yes, the H7 Bluetooth heart rate sensor will work with the A300. Note that the version of the A300 that is sold 'with heart rate' is packaged with the H7 sensor already - Mike @ Polar USA
