• Yes. There are smaller sizes such as XS

• There is a XS-S size that is available for people who are more petite in size. There is also a XXXL(strap only, no transmitter) that is available as a separate accessory as well. Mike@ Polar USA

• I am a female, 130 pounds and was nervous this would be too big .I was able to adjust it and it fits snug now. Do not let the M-XXL fool you. Just a quick adjustment and you are good to go

• I believe there is a SMALLER size but M-XXL as it suggests is VERY adjustable.

• No. One size fits all. It's really long elastic band wrapped around metal loop, not uncomfortable in any way. My sister in law is sz small & it fits her fine, I'm sz medium-large & I have a good foot or more of elastic I could loosen. Best way to describe it is like shoulder bra strap , the way you tighten/loosen it.
