• Polar or Best Buy do not replace the battery for this device. Instead they would just replace the entire product with a new or refurbished one. Of course that depends on whether you are still within the manufacturer warranty or if you have a Best Buy Geek Squad Protection on it. I would highly recommend getting the Geek Squad on it as it covers any issues you could have and is very inexpensive.
