You have to cut the band to size. A sizing band of paper is included but in my case, it was not accurate. I found two additional cuts were needed and it is still loose on the wrist. It slides around and in constantly adjusting band.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, unfortunately you will have to cut the band to fit. This proves to be a fairly sensitive operation, as I found out by trimming too far on one cut and exposing the tube that holds the pin which attaches to the clamp. There is a paper wrist ruler that gives a number of links to be cut depending upon the perimeter of your wrist.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you have to cut it with scissors, and even amount on each side, and re-attach the clip, per the instructions. Takes a little effort to re-attach the clip, but once done, it works well. Just be careful not to cut too close to the center of each increment.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once you pop out the pin, you have to cut it. I recommend removing the pins from both sides so you can evenly shorten the band to your size. Maybe use a strip of paper set to your wrist size for accuracy.
