• The M400 with heart rate comes with all the components you'll need to get up and running. Included will be the watch, chest strap, heart rate sensor as well as the cable that both charges the device. Mike @ Polar USA

• There are 2 versions you can purchase, with or without the heart rate monitor strap. If you purchase the version with the heart rate monitor there is nothing else you need.
