• A:Answer Unscrew the back end, the side where the power button is. When open tilt the flashlight and the battery housing will slide right out. The batteries can be removed from the housing by using your fingernail or a small screwdriver to pry outwards.

• A:Answer Unscrew the top. remove battery case inside flashlight Push out each of the three AAA old batteries. Put in each of the three AAA new batteries. put battery case back inside flashlight screw on the top.
