• Yes. This has separate volume controls for the voice, main volume and bass so you can do exactly that.

• you sure can its simple,on the remote you have the option to adjust the voice control for example watching a sports game as I turn up the voice control the background noise fades and the announcers get louder so I can hear every word they say
