“I bought a sr1 Polk smart bar plus subwoofer it’s been a couple of years. Dish tv put them in I called dish to get the rear speakers they said they where no longer selling them. I bought a set brand new from Amazon. There is no dongel in sound bar. Help”

There is a flat rubber cover on the top of the sound bar covering a plug hook up for a dongle
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had to sync the Sub and the rear speakers all at 1 time. Pressed the sync on the main bar (4 seconds I believe), then the sync on the sub (10 seconds or until you hear a beep on the bar) then each rear (10 seconds also with a beep). Seems to work. The sub crackles sometimes. Had to move it away from the internet router, it helped
