“Will these work with an outside tv and if so, how do they connect.? I know they are wired, but do they include a connector that works with jacks on a Samsung TV?”

They connect with regular speaker wires on the back of them. You will need an amplifier to push them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They're regular speakers that use plain old regular speaker wire and need to be connected to amplifier to power them. If you're TV is running through an amplifier, hooking these up is a piece of cake. If not, then these aren't right for you. You have to drive these with an amp!
