Not sure why you are trying to use bluetooth with your firestick. I have noticed that the timing of what gets turned on first tv vs soundbar does in fact cause no audio in my set up which may be what you are facing as well. I recommend you set yours up like this. 1. Firestick hdmi out to Soundbar hdmi input - not the ARC one. 2. Soundbar hdmi ARC out to the Samsung Hdmi Arc. Be sure to set up your Samsung to support ARC and check your audio settings on the Samsung for using external speakers. Now when you turn on the TV and Soundbar the audio should play since it is getting audio first before the TV. If the soundbar does not play audio power off the soundbar and then power it back on. I hope this helps.
