• you can mount it to the wall but it might sound better if you didn't, no it doesn't include hardware.

• I wouldn’t mount it on a wall. You don’t want to cover the bass port on the back side, and degrade the sound. I would recommend a center speaker with front firing port, or a sealed cabinet to mount on a wall.

• i mounted mine to the wall above the tv. i used picture hooks and wire for the speaker. i used wall anchors for the wire to hang from.
